Holistic wellness for Muslim women at home

Feel like yourself again,
one gentle change at a time.

I spent years writing ingredient labels for my own natural products brand. Now I help you read yours, and build a calmer, healthier home that fits around your family and your faith.

If you feel stuck, you’re not alone.

Most of the women I work with arrive feeling some version of this.

  • You look after everyone else, and you come last every single day.
  • You're tired in a way that a good night's sleep doesn't seem to fix.
  • You want a healthier home, but every account you follow says something different.
  • Your cupboards are full of products you're no longer sure about.

Why women work with me

Wellness advice is everywhere. Advice from someone who understands your home, your faith and the products on your shelf is much harder to find.

I know labels from the inside

I built and ran a successful natural products brand. I've formulated, sourced and labelled products myself, so I know where corners get cut and what the word “natural” on the front can hide.

Guidance that fits your deen

Every suggestion is checked for hidden alcohol, gelatin and other ingredients that matter to Muslim families, and your routines are built around salah, Ramadan and family life.

Private, sister to sister

Women only, from your own home. Join by phone, WhatsApp or video with your camera off. Nothing is shared without your permission.

Gentle and realistic

No binning everything, no expensive overhaul. You get a short plan ranked by impact and budget, so you change what matters most first.

Care for the whole family

Support that includes your children, with real experience of autism and sensory needs. Everyone shares one simple routine, so nobody feels singled out.

Safety always comes first

I'm a certified holistic health coach. I check allergies and medications before recommending anything, and I work alongside your GP, never instead of them.

What we can work on

Most women choose two or three areas to start with. We go at your pace.

How it works

Three simple steps, all from home, at a pace that suits your family.

  1. Book a free discovery call

Twenty minutes to talk about where you are and whether I can help. No pressure, no obligation.

  2. Tell me about your family

A private intake form covers health, routines and what you've already tried, so no session time is wasted.

  3. Change things gently, together

A 60 minute first session and your written plan, then follow ups every 2 to 3 weeks while the changes settle in.

Assalamu alaikum, I’m so glad you’re here.

For years I ran a natural products brand. I formulated, sourced and sold products that families trusted, and I learned exactly what goes into the things we put on our skin and use in our homes.

I also learned how many women were quietly struggling: exhausted, overwhelmed and unsure where to start. So I trained as a holistic health coach, and now I sit beside women like you and help them take their first steps, gently and in a way that honours their faith.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Questions women often ask

Something else on your mind? Send me a message.

Is this medical advice?

No. I'm a certified holistic health coach, and sessions are wellness education and lifestyle guidance. I work alongside your GP and other professionals, never instead of them, and I'll always tell you when something needs a doctor.

Do I have to be on camera?

Not at all. Sessions can be a phone call, a WhatsApp call or a video call with your camera off. Many women join from the kitchen table while the children are at school.

Are sessions private and women only?

Yes. It's just you and me, sister to sister. Nothing you share is passed on without your permission, and your information is handled in line with UK GDPR.

Is your guidance halal conscious?

Yes. As well as checking for toxins, I look for hidden alcohol, animal derived gelatin and other ingredients that matter to Muslim families, and I build routines that fit around salah, Ramadan and family life.

Will I have to throw everything out or buy expensive products?

No. We change the few things that matter most first, at a pace and budget that suit you. I'll never push a product on you, and many swaps cost nothing at all.

Can you help with a child who has autism or sensory needs?

Yes. The family package starts with a detailed intake form covering sensory preferences, triggers, allergies and routines, so every suggestion is gentle, safe and something your child might actually enjoy.

What happens after I book?

You'll get a calendar invite straight away. For the family package, you'll also fill in the intake form at least 48 hours before we meet, so our time is spent on guidance rather than questions.

What if I'm not sure which option is right?

Book the free discovery call. We'll talk for 20 minutes, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and which option fits. There's no obligation to book anything else.

Take the first gentle step.
